I work end-to-end: research, journey maps, product roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, high-fidelity prototypes. But the part I care about most is the framing that happens before any of that. Most of my work has been in aviation, where the user is a crew planner or a flight instructor, the domain takes months to learn, and getting the problem wrong is expensive. That's the work I'm good at.
